Key Responsibilities
Develop and enforce effective quality assurance testing policies, processes, and procedures.
Conduct thorough manual testing to identify website defects and validate new features.
Engage in regression testing to ensure website functionality within our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Monitor and report on testing progress across various ongoing projects and releases.
Understand and interpret HTML and web browser functionalities in an eCommerce context.
Coordinate testing efforts across multiple web environments and sites for our operations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Eligibility Criteria
Must have a Bachelor's degree.
Strong ability to organize test environments and manage test data for all planned testing activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel; experience with Adobe InDesign or Quark Express is preferred.
Experience in B2B / B2C eCommerce is a plus.
