Position Responsibilities
Conduct engaging development training sessions using a variety of techniques.
Mentor employees and report their performance progress to management.
Assess department training needs and seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
Serve as a liaison to the corporate training team.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in adult learning, corporate training or related area, or equivalent experience.
Experience with existing and emerging training methods and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
