Position Responsibilities
Design and implement highly available, reliable, and cost-effective hosting solutions.
Gather requirements from stakeholders including end users and department heads.
Provide leadership and technical expertise for IT Hosting Services initiatives.
Architect and perform Proof of Concept (POC) testing with comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate with teams to develop an architectural model before POC execution.
Document, implement, and review IT Hosting Services policies and procedures.
Promote activities that encourage exploration in IT Hosting Services architecture.
Advance Risk Management awareness, focusing on disaster avoidance and problem management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8 years of experience with VMware, SAN, Windows, and Citrix.
Willingness to travel to branch and international locations as needed.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage effectively in a matrix and global organization.
