Oversee and guide the design aspects of catalogs, web pages, promotional flyers, and emails.
Act as the key liaison between Merchandising and Creative during the new product selection process.
Facilitate open communication across departments regarding new and existing product development and web marketing strategies.
Develop innovative product positioning strategies that resonate with customers and differentiate from competitors.
Analyze market research and leverage internal reports to predict product trends and formulate effective marketing strategies.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7 years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with proven success.
Proven experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
Experience with catalog marketing is a plus.
