Position Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software developers to create applications aligned with business needs.
Work closely with various departments to prioritize and assign web team tasks effectively.
Review code to maintain high-quality standards in all developments.
Report team progress and performance updates to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
8 years of experience with a strong grasp of object-oriented design, web architecture, and database design.
Expertise in developing web and eCommerce solutions with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and JavaScript.
Proficient in version control and CI / CD tools.
