The University of Louisville Health System , in collaboration with the Division of Hematology / Oncology at University of Louisville
is seeking applicants for a medical oncologist
This position will provide care for patients with hematologic and oncologic disease and provide primary care to the patients during diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
Duties include :
- On-call coverage and service rotation at the University of Louisville Health hospitals, with the primary deployment being at the Bluegrass site and Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
- This position will occasionally support the University of Louisville Medical Center and the University of Louisvilles affiliated hospitals and clinics in Louisville, KY.
- One of the positions will be responsible for development and contribution to the respective Multi-disciplinary Cancer Programs and the design and development of clinical trials and translational research.
- Both positions require Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Medical Oncology and Hematology and must have or be able to obtain Kentucky Medical License.
