What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Support Services Manager position at U.P. Home Health & Hospice?
U.P. Home Health & Hospice is recruiting for the position of a Manager of Clinical Support Services. The manager oversees the daily operations and staff of the CSS department. The manager ensures the CSS departments adheres to legal and regulatory requirements and coordinates the supply inventory, including ordering, stocking supply shelves, and distributing office and medical supplies, and managing the schedules for the fleet vehicles.
Prior management and supervisory experience preferred. Excellent verbal and communication skills and knowledge of computer systems is required. Electronic Medical Record systems experience preferred. The successful candidate will be a problem solver and able to work independently to lead a busy department.
This position is full-time, M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
