US Anesthesia Partners Nevada, the largest physician-owned led practice in the state, is actively recruiting full-time pediatric anesthesiologists to join our growing and well-respected practice. The estimated compensation for this position is between $480k - $550 annually. This is a salaried position (with the potential to make more) offering $25K sign-on, 10k relocation, and additional incentives for fellowship-trained physicians, plus a $40K student loan repayment program, full healthcare benefits, and a 401k match with quarterly profit-sharing. Plus, the opportunity to be a part of the thriving HCA Sunrise residency program.
Job Highlights
Our thriving practice is growing due to local children’s hospital programs at HCA, Dignity, and UHS health systems. You would be joining a team of 12 dedicated pediatric anesthesia providers within a practice consisting of 130 Anesthesiologists and 45 CRNAs which provide a full spectrum of anesthesia services, including high-acuity cases, at over 28 Nevada hospitals and health facilities that also serve neighboring states. We are also affiliated with the HCA Sunrise residency, and we offer the opportunity to work with our residency program if desired. This is a unique opportunity to work in a private practice setting that offers a very diverse peds case mix. Qualifications
- All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
- For CT and Pediatric positions, completion of a cardiac and / or pediatric fellowship is preferred.
- Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
