JOB SUMMARY: The Resource Team Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating resources for various programs and projects within Doping Control Operations (DC Ops). This role involves close collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of activities, certification processes, and feedback management. The position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Doping Control Officer (DCO) Resource Development: Assist the Resource Lead with the development and deployment of DCO resources.
- Onboarding and Training: Assist the Resource Lead with onboarding, training, and development of new hires, including updating SOPs and conducting training.
- IC Onboarding: Send, track, and maintain onboarding documents for independent contractors such as BCOs (Blood Collection Officers) and Chaperones; Including initial contract and required compliance documentation.
- Special Operations Program Coordination: Coordinate the Special Operations Program, monitor test spreadsheets/communications, and communicate with stakeholders on needs and issues.
- Testing Team Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for DCO testing needs, assist testing teams in finding DCOs, and manage ongoing projects during the week.
- Records Testing Coordination: Coordinate records testing, act as the point of contact with key stakeholders, and oversee the full program conversion to DC Ops.
- Sample Collection Personnel (SCP) Requirement Tracking: Work with HR to manage SCP safety certification processes, ensure certifications do not lapse, and update relevant teams regularly.
- Monitor Athlete Feedback: Regularly check for athlete feedback, monitor and flag issues, and develop a communication plan.
- Chaperone Approval Process: Create and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the chaperone approval process.
- SCP Paperwork Oversight: In coordination with the Legal department, monitor and update all paperwork used in the field to ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
- Internal Software Expertise: Develop hands-on knowledge of internal softwares used for test execution and planning to better serve SCP.
- Oversight of DC Ops Inbox: Ensure the inbox process is maintained, follow up on emails, and collaborate on reconciliation of completed tests.
- Manage and Maintain Internal Reporting: Oversee sample collection personnel performance reporting.
- Annual Event Schedule: Coordinate with testing teams to maintain an annual event schedule.

- Keep USADA aware of issues in the field and/or any conflicts of interest
- Projects and other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in educational content creation, customer service, group facilitator, or other related fields
- Moderate proficiency in iOS products and MS Programs (World, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
