Coordinate with contracting centers and suppliers to develop plans for on-time delivery and sustained performance. Job Description
- Servies as a Lead Acquisition or Procurement Coordinator providing technical advice and management advisory. Provides management, administration, and oversight regarding Command requirements and procurement planning.
- Develops sourcing strategies to ensure sustainment support.
- Assists managers and supervisors in facilitating requirements, procurement planning, and oversight responsibilities.
- Monitors contractual delivery schedules to ensure terms of the contract are met, considering command-assigned priority of the end item and contract delivery status.
- Leads the team in analyzing supplier performance data from internal and external sources and supports data aggregation for scorecard metric calculation display.
- Performs data analysis to supports briefings to senior leadership on sourcing strategies, supplier issues, and ensures standardized supplier status updates.
- Ensures accuracy of cost and target award dates against the spend plan.
- Reviews and amends planned procurement stage gates, base estimates, complexity, and constraints as acquisition requirements evolve.
