Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business & Technical Management Professional Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position : This is a TERM position NTE 5 years, may not be made permanent. Responsibilities As the Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) for assigned weapon system, the incumbent is responsible for all Product Support activities required at each milestone of the acquisition process. Manage the implementation and execution of approved product support strategy, fielding, materiel integration, and product support arrangements. Serve as the primary PM agent responsible for development, review, verification, validation and authentication of technical manuals (TM), and all supporting products to include Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC). Identify, develop and provide Government comments for Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRL) supporting in support of those efforts. The primary negotiator for the weapon system’s transition to sustainment with the Communications Electronics Command (CECOM). Specialized Experience : To qualify, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which prepared you to do the work in this position. Specialized experience is defined as : 1) Developing Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSP); 2) Preparing and / or processing of acquisition logistics milestone package documentation and processes, to include development of Basis of Issue Plan Feeder (BOIPFD), Type Classification, or the various Materiel Release Packages.; and 3) Reviewing contract deliverables to include any of the following, Level of Repair Analysis, Source of Repairs Analysis, or Depot Source of Repair analysis. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
