Job Description

This position is responsible for the setup and maintenance of client’s payment solution programs.  Execute back-office processes as requested from various departments to ensure that clients programs are successfully implemented and maintained in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Resolve issues relating to missing or conflicting information and documentation by communicating and coordinating with internal business partners. 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

• Five or more years of clerical and/or customer service experience

 Preferred Skills/Experience

• Five or more years of clerical and/or customer service experience

• Data entry experience – Proven ability to transfer data from one system and/or spreadsheet into our TOS or Access Online system via manual entry or uploading spreadsheets into multiple tools.

• Intermediate Excel experience.

• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to process high volume of work minimal errors

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills  

Location Expectations

This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $27.50 - $36.68 - $40.35
