Job Description
Client-oriented individual to manage relationships with Government Banking and Higher Education customers. This sales and relationship focused individual grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Develops banking services business including loans, treasury management, deposits/investments, trust, card and merchant services. Provides advice related to financial services to customers. Makes internal product and service referrals for the appropriate bank product partners capitalizing on One U.S. Bank.
Basic Qualifications
- Typically, 10 or more years of banking sales experience
- Knowledge of government entities and higher education institutions (both public and private)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in banking, finance, accounting or other related field/work experience

- Strong strategic management skills and leadership abilities
- Thorough knowledge of governments and relation to industry
- Thorough knowledge of higher education and relation to industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00 - $193,490.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
