Job Description

• Lead Quality analysis for leases and loan payments.
• Lead Quality Control Specialists who create, documents, monitors and reports on lease and loan transaction processing for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and review Quality Control Specialist work as it relates to reviewing data that is input from another user validate work was done accurately and timely.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location expectation:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

• Leadership experience
• Leading and monitoring team responsibility for quality analysis to meet deadlines
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the products and services applicable to the assigned area
• Thorough knowledge of the productivity and accuracy standards of the assigned area
• Strong knowledge of computer systems used in the assigned area
• Effective verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $55,760.00 - $65,600.00 - $72,160.00
