Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking an effective Program Manager with demonstrated project management and leadership experience to contribute toward the success of our AI Operations initiatives. This role works closely with colleagues at all levels, from senior business leaders to front line staff, and solves challenging and complex business problems across various functions with a broad exposure across U.S. Bank. Applies knowledge by managing program, workstream and related activities as part of operations AI initiatives while working with business leaders to shape and manage project scope, drive implementation, ensuring sustainable outcomes. Provides objective recommendations and knowledge with the aim of creating value, increase productivity, reduce cost, maximizing growth, and improving business performance. Creates and manages stakeholder updates, including executive level presentations. Develops strong working relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders. This role requires a combination of project management expertise, a strong technical understanding of AI/ML technologies, and business knowledge to drive alignment between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Eight or more years of related experience

• Advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various business and technology stakeholders
• Advanced strategic planning experience
• Ability to solve complex problems and engage with different levels of stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

• Advanced experience with creating executive level presentations

Location Expectations:

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
