Job Description

The Testing Enablement Lead Analyst (“Lead Analyst”) will work with Compliance Quality Assurance (CQA) testing teams and other Independent Risk Review & Assessment (IRRA) teams within the Second Lind of Defense to be a primary driver of identifying and supporting the development and implementation of enhancements to the Bank’s compliance testing capabilities, with a focus on integrating innovative testing tools and techniques such as the utilization of data and other enabling technologies. Other projects that may be assigned relate to supporting the identification and implementation of process improvements and related initiatives.

Key roles and responsibilities include :

  • Identify compliance requirements and related processes where system driven testing (e.g., automation testing, data driven testing, etc.) can be performed.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and cross-functional teams to research and understand underlying data and execute system driven testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further identify and develop testing process improvements utilizing technology-oriented solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically more than six years of applicable experience

Preferred Skills / Experience

Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business

Considerable understanding of the business line’s operations, products / services, systems, and associated risks / controls

Thorough knowledge of Risk / Compliance / Audit competencies

Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills

Effective presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Effective relationship building and negotiation skills

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations

Applicable professional certifications

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
