Job Description

Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementation, and monitoring of new and/or revised products and services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or area, making recommendations based on findings. Travel will be required up to 10% annually.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Familiarity with mortgage sales processes and center of influence (COI) development

Understanding of how product knowledge creates growth opportunities in strategic markets

Ability to support development of KPIs, analyze performance data, and support impact reporting

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in community impact and business development efforts

Demonstrated leadership skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00 - $92,400.00
