Chief Deputy Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court
The Chief Deputy Clerk is a seniorlevel management position reporting directly to the Court Unit Executive / Clerk of Court. The Clerk’s Office currently has 48 employees and provides support to six bankruptcy judges in three divisional offices located in Alexandria, Norfolk, Newport News and Richmond, VA. The location of the position is to be determined.
Applicants must have a “minimum” of six years experience – three general and three specialized. At least three of the six years must have been in a position of management.
