Front office administrator capable of leading initiatives including Customer Service, Greeting Visitors, Answer phones, and various company projects as requested
Provide Administrative Support for Accounting Functions, Inventory and Purchasing, Production Operations, Shipping and Receiving, and Various Projects using QuickBooks Accounting Software, Process Electronic Orders Daily
Lead continuous improvement office initiatives with the support of the staff.
Provide Administrative Support for all Product Certifications, Government or Third-Party Inspections, and The Quality/HACCP Program
Provide Administrative Support to the Office Staff, including the President and CFO.
Maintain a Clean and Neat Front Office Receptionist/Working Area
QuickBooks Operating Software and Experience in Accounting, Purchasing, Production, and Inventory Control
Team player willing to assist others as needed for all to be successful.
Strong customer service attitude and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to maneuver on the Internet
Time and Project Management Skills with attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn new skills as required
Knowledge of the good manufacturing practices (GMP), HACCP Program, and ISO Quality Systems, would be helpful.
Able to take on assigned duties and lead them from an ownership perspective
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
