Desert Electric Supply, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who is interested in learning from the ground up and who can grow into potential sales positions in the branch. This position will be located in our Palm Desert, CA location.
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responisibilites:
- Picking, checking, staging of customer orders
- Ensuring accuracy of outgoing shipments
- Resolving discrepancies with appropriate departments
- Coordinating with shipping department as needed for deliveries
- Deliver materials to customer locations and job sites
- Stocking of incoming materials and products from vendors
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience with warehouse equipment
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Previous experience with RF Scanners is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willing to learn from the ground up into potential sales positions
- Must be dependable and team-oriented
- Forklift experience a plus
