Material Handler (Water Spider) 2nd Shift

The Water Spider is responsible for the delivery and line clearance of components to and from the production floor and stocking component racks. This position is for 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Removing components from the roller racking system and delivering to the needed machine
• Clearing the machine work cell of partial component boxes that will no longer be used and putting back into roller racking system
• Responsible for keeping roller racking system stocked by taking boxes of pallets and stocking on roller racks
• Responsible for putting bulk stock (pallets) onto the racking system in its appropriate location
• Responsible for cleanliness of area, ensuring floor is swept, damaged containers removed, and parts are in the proper location
• Responsible for daily cycle counts of the racking system and supplying the accurate counts to Materials Manager
• Any other duties assigned by the reporting Supervisor and / or Manager
