JOB TITLE: Desktop Support

LOCATION: Lisle, IL REPORTS TO: IT Director
DIVISION: GreatBanc Trust Company
DEPARTMENT: Information Technology EXEMPT: Yes
PAY RANGE: $65,000 - $75,000
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Network Administrator provides end-users with the technical resources, support, and training necessary to ensure a productive office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide internal technical support.
Provide desktop and mobile support to all employees.
Perform systems maintenance as needed; i.e. updates, repairs, etc.
Provision desktop PCs and mobile devices.
Support mobile and remote workforce.
Train end-users to have a basic understanding of their technology.
Oversee delegated company systems.
Manage Microsoft Active Directory
Manage M365 Accounts
Manage mobile devices.
Review and implement Security Task Force’s security measures.
Execute remediation measures
Interface with vendors to provide access and support for infrastructure
Improve own technological skill set.
Learn, develop, and test useful technologies.
Interface with vendors to implement new products
Seek new training opportunities to enhance products.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School diploma equivalent.
3 years experience of end user support.
SKILLS/ABILITIES
Proficient with workstation operating systems, e-mail systems, and security systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and deductive skills.
Able to multi-task.
Able to communicate clearly and consistently, both verbal and written.
