Job Summary
U.S.G.S., Inc. is currently hiring Cross-Utilized Airline Agents at Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) for part-time evening shifts on Mondays and Fridays, with occasional additional hours for charter operations. This dynamic position includes both above-wing (customer service) and below-wing (ramp operations) responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Above-Wing (Customer Service):
- Greet passengers, assist with check-in, and verify documentation
- Process baggage check-in, including special and oversized items
- Operate gate functions: boarding, flight closeouts, and announcements
- Provide mobility assistance and other passenger support services
- Coordinate smooth and timely boarding/deplaning
Below-Wing (Ramp Operations):
- Load/unload baggage and cargo with safety and speed
- Drive and operate ramp equipment (belt loaders, tugs, etc.)
- Marshal aircraft and guide planes to and from parking positions
- Complete lavatory and water servicing when needed
- Perform aircraft safety and security checks
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Schedule & Hours
- Regular Hours: Monday and Friday PM shifts (typically between 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Minimum Guarantee: 16 hours/week
- Additional Hours: May be scheduled on other days/times for ad-hoc charter flights, based on operational needs
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Able to pass background check and obtain airport SIDA badge
- Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Previous airline, ramp, or customer service experience a plus (not required – we provide training!)
- Availability must include Monday and Friday evenings, with flexibility for occasional additional charter support
