What You’ll Do:
- Perform seasonal cleanups (e.g., leaf removal, debris clearing)
- Maintain flower beds (weeding, mulching, trimming)
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to perfection
- Aerate lawns to boost soil health
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides responsibly
- Provide snow removal services during winter months
- Operate lawn care equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
- Experience using mowers, trimmers, aerators, and other lawn care equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, kneel, and stand for extended periods
Preferred:
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
- Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and irrigation systems
- Tree maintenance/removal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check to obtain a contractor’s badge for Offutt AFB
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
