U.S. Grounds Maintenance is a premier provider of comprehensive grounds maintenance solutions for government and commercial clients across the U.S. We are looking for dedicated Lawn Care Professionals to join our team and help maintain beautiful landscapes year-round. From seasonal cleanups to snow removal and irrigation services, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure our clients’ properties stay in top condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform seasonal cleanups (leaf removal, debris clearing)
• Maintain flower beds (weeding, mulching, trimming)
• Mow, trim, and edge lawns
• Aerate lawns to improve soil health
• Apply pesticides and fertilizers
• Provide snow removal services in winter
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols and operate equipment properly

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, aerators)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to high-quality service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physically capable of standing, kneeling, and working in various conditions
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance
• Familiarity with pesticides and fertilizers
• Ability to operate and maintain irrigation systems
• Tree maintenance/removal experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain a contractor’s badge for Offutt AFB (background check required)

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
