Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Providing strategic and operational project planning, programming, and cost accounting as related to theater engineer support concepts and capabilities; 2.) Developing and authoring operational planning guidance, orders, directives, and instructions; and 3.) Leading collaborative planning teams and working groups to shape, validate, and synchronize engineer support requirements needed to meet exercise and operational tasks.

This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
