Responsibilities
Accounting & Budget Management :
- Responsible for the accuracy of bookkeeping and accounting activities, including AP / AR, payroll, and general ledger entries. accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IRS requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements for review by the COO and other stakeholders.
- Support the preparation for annual audits and ensure compliance with nonprofit financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Help track financial performance, including monitoring expenses, revenue, and cash flow.
