Key responsibilities may include:
- Invoice Generation: Create and send invoices to clients promptly, accurately reflecting services rendered or products sold, including itemized details and payment terms.
- Data Entry: Input customer information, project details, and pricing data into the accounting system to generate invoices.
- Invoice Tracking: Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up with clients regarding overdue payments, and maintain updated records of invoice status.
- Payment Processing: Receive and record customer payments, including online payments, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Account Reconciliation: Match invoices to payments received, identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment details, and billing issues.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute periodic reports on outstanding invoices, sales revenue, and payment trends.
- General Administrative Tasks:
- Answering phone calls and managing email correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
