Responsibilities
- Manage and complete daily production schedules for assigned customers with the highest quality.
- Perform and oversee landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, mowing, and irrigation system installation and maintenance.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Identify and solve issues related to plant health, irrigation, and landscape design.
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-4 landscape workers, providing direction, motivation, and support.
- Train new crew members on landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- Conduct regular site meetings to discuss property goals, progress, and any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of crew hours, work performed, and materials used.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and tracking equipment maintenance.
- Interact with clients and vendors professionally and positively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience operating landscaping tools and equipment
- 1-3 years of experience leading a landscape team
- Ability to create, read, and execute field reports and directions
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to use or learn company-provided smartphone and applications
