Position Summary :
As an Account Manager for U.S. Legal Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an assigned territory . This includes managing existing accounts, acquiring new clients, and building strong relationships across the legal, corporate, and insurance sectors. You will collaborate with our sales team, provide administrative support, and ensure seamless client service. This is a hybrid role with travel throughout Los Angeles to meet clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting & Client Acquisition
Identify and engage new prospects through cold calling, in-person visits, networking events, and sales presentations.Participate in industry associations and networking events to generate new business.Account Maintenance & Growth
Manage and grow existing accounts, addressing customer service issues and maintaining strong client relationships.Provide ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and retention.Client Training & Implementation
Implement contracts and train clients on the effective use of our online services.Conduct training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, and legal administrators.Sales Team Support
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate strategies and share insights.Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.Administrative Support
Manage records, update CRM databases, and document client interactions accurately.Support operational processes to ensure timely service delivery.Networking & Trade Shows
Attend and participate in trade shows, industry events, and other networking functions, including evenings and weekends, as required.CRM Management
Track all sales-related activities using the companys CRM database to maintain accurate records.Team Collaboration
Meet regularly with the Sales Manager for feedback, training, and support.Qualifications : Experience
12 years of experience in the litigation support industry (records retrieval, court reporting, etc.).12 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment (preferred).Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Proficient in using technology, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with a focus on solutions.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Transportation
Reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.Adaptability
