U.S. Legal Support seeks a Customer Service Representative that is problem solver, an active listener, and excellent communicator. A Customer Service Representative will resolve any emerging client issues and thoroughly reviews documentation received for accuracy using the company's internal database.
📍 Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Customer Service Representative Job Functions:
- Provide preliminary administrative support to clients
- Build strong client relationships
- Focus on retention of client while providing excellent customer service
- Oversee daily contact regarding the documentation to be completed
- Process documents, emails and any messages that require immediate attention
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and or comments as well as actions taken.

Requirements
All you need to be a Customer Service Representative High School Diploma, and 2 years of customer service experience and able to communicate effectively over the phone and electronically.
