As a Data Entry Analyst at U.S. Legal Support, you will play a crucial role in our Court Reporting Operations team. A Data Entry Analyst is required to be detail-oriented individual with excellent typing skills and computer proficiency to manage scheduling requests and maintain data accuracy. A Data Entry Analyst is part of our Court Reporting Operations department and will report to a Data Entry Manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Process scheduling requests from clients, including depositions, hearings, and trials, entering
new and rescheduled job requests into our database (SPOT)
• Execute all request/new settings within established timeline to meet SLAs
• Manage direct billing setup for insurance carriers accurately.
• Responsible for Portal/Hopper Requests
• Review requests for missing information and proactively follow up with clients to gather
necessary details
• Identify any data deficiencies or errors and correct
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1-year relevant work experience.
• Litigation support experience is a plus
