Data Entry Clerk Key Responsibilities
- Following up with clients to collect any missing information
- Identifying and rectifying data errors
- Conducting research to gather additional information for incomplete requests
- Responding to information inquiries and accessing relevant files
- Researching and rectifying disputed invoices
- Back-up to our primary office coordinator
