Litigation Consultant Key Responsibilities
- Managing focus groups and mock trial coordination, ensuring smooth operations both online and in-person.
- Communicating with clients to address logistics, project scope, and updates on trial research.
- Assisting in drafting proposals, engagement letters, and project documentation for client approval.
- Coordinating project schedules, staffing needs, and research logistics using tools like Monday.com.
- Conducting pre-research analysis, including document review, creating research schedules, and developing questionnaires.
- Moderating or taking notes during research sessions and providing valuable feedback to clients.
- Analyzing post-research data, including data cleaning, reporting frequencies, and providing insights for case strategies.
- Assisting with jury selections, social media research, and preparing juror questionnaires.
- Coordinating logistics for arbitrations and conducting post-trial juror interviews.
- Managing shadow jury activities and providing ongoing support during trial preparations.

Requirements
All you need to be a Litigation Consultant is 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation support, project management, or a related field, and a high school diploma. Litigation support experience is a plus!
