You’ll be integral to helping our clients craft winning strategies and navigate the complexities of jury research and trial dynamics.

What You’ll Do:
Jury Research & Trial Consulting:
- Design and oversee jury research studies, including creating customized juror questionnaires.
- Analyze research results and provide strategic recommendations for case presentation.
- Consult on case themes, trial narratives, and persuasion strategies.
- Assist in developing opening and closing arguments.
- Design voir dire questions tailored to case specifics.
- Provide trial support during voir dire and jury selection.
- Generate trial reports and monitor juror behavior during trials.
- Prepare fact and expert witnesses for testimony.
- Oversee development of demonstrative graphics for jury research and trials.
- Provide insights on trial dynamics, juror behavior, and decision-making.
- Conduct and oversee statistical analysis of research findings.
- Utilize data-driven insights to craft litigation strategies.
- Refine research methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage client relationships and ensure excellent service.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand TrialQuest’s client base.
- Mentor junior consultants and research assistants, fostering their professional growth.
- Assist in evaluating and hiring consultants and research assistants.
- Graduate degree in social sciences, psychology, law, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in research design and statistical analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with clients and trial teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other research tools.
- Experience with jury consulting, litigation strategy, or trial consulting.
- Familiarity with SPSS or other statistical software.
- Experience developing demonstrative trial exhibits.
- Work on high-profile litigation cases with top trial attorneys.
- Collaborate with a nationwide network of expert consultants.
- Gain hands-on experience in the psychology of courtroom decision-making.
