What are the responsibilities and job description for the Videographer position at U.S. Legal Support?
U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Videographer with strong communication skills, professional presence, and excellent time management. As a Videographer, you will create high-quality video recordings of legal proceedings, support courtroom presentations, and collaborate with legal professionals to deliver critical litigation content.
📍 Location: Grand Rapids, MI - Hybrid (offsite) - Must live in the Grand Rapids area
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Videographer Job Functions:
Capture video recordings of legal depositions and proceedings
Set up and tear down audio/video equipment in courtrooms, offices, and other locations
Edit and synchronize video with legal transcripts
Use video and trial software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, TrialDirector, and OnCue
Display digital exhibits during trials or depositions
Maintain communication with clients in a professional and confident manner
Ensure high-quality production standards
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
All you need to be a Videographer is a video production certificate or degree, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Knowledge of video editing and legal presentation software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and TrialDirector is preferred. Trial technician or legal background is a plus!
