Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supplies
Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, reports, and document management
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience working in a call center or fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or HR functions (including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records) preferred
