Job Description:
You will be responsible for maintaining customers’ safety and security by monitoring and managing video surveillance systems and responding to alarm alerts. This role involves real-time surveillance, identifying potential security threats and dispatching on emergencies. You will be on the frontline of security, monitoring live video feed and alarms to detect and respond swiftly to potential threats. Making calls with professionalism and efficiency, to aid and inform callers in emergency situations.
Essential Responsibilities
1) Monitor and respond appropriately to a variety of alarm signals. Responses must be timely and accurate, with particular attention given to general procedures and special instructions.
2) Communicate effectively with customers and dealers. Follow all departmental and company policies and procedures.
3) Answer multiple telephone lines. Respond to each caller in a professional and helpful manner while gathering information, assisting callers, or transferring calls.
4) Follow procedures for answering service requests. Communicate and analyze customer inquiries and determine a correct course of action.
5) Complete assigned duties as requested. Assist other departments and associates to support a team environment for the benefit of our customers and the company.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 years of age
Background check required
Previous experience in surveillance or customer service preferred
