Job Description
The Food and Beverage Warehouse Receiver at the Whitewater Center (Whitewater) is responsible for ordering, receiving and distribution of food and beverage items, and maintains storerooms and transportation vehicles per Whitewater standards. This position is an on-site, part-time, hourly position that reports directly to the Kitchen Manager.
Responsibilities
- Receiving goods from vendors and storing the merchandise received.
- Orders food and supplies based upon product specification as established by company ordering protocols and procedures.
- Labeling and dating all products.
- Maintains records and logs documenting storage temperatures of perishable food items per standard.
- Delivering products to specific locations and storing them properly.
- Separate order based on requisitions for delivery to locations across the property.
- Assist management with accurate counts for month end inventory.
- General warehouse cleaning and upkeep with maintaining sanitation in storage areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
