In this role you will take ownership of established relationships in our Credit Card business line, working to improve commercial terms, and to drive positive results for our partners. You will also drive the acquisition of new credit card issuers, working to establish agreements, and launch those partnerships within our Credit cards experience.
You will work with a wide variety of internal stakeholders including product, compliance, paid media, tech and info security, and legal teams to ensure the success of our partners. You will be a driving force that delivers business results, ensuring that our credit card category meets its financial targets.

Are you up to the challenge?
- Lead commercial partnerships from priority, prospecting, execution, negotiation, account management, & tracking
- Work with stakeholders in product, editorial, analytics, compliance, and legal teams to build and sustain the business
- Build strong and lasting relationships with partners and advertisers
- Identify new opportunities and partnerships. Constantly monitor the marketplace in search of best in class partners, technology vendors, etc.
- Holistically drive revenue improvement through partnership placement, pricing, and optimization
- Help vertical and business to identify new opportunities & ensure market fit of products based on trends & future market developments
- Five years to eight years of relevant work experience in the Credit Cards performance marketing or affiliate marketing space
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience directly managing Credit Card performance marketing partnerships, increasing commercial terms & optimization of revenue
- Experience maximizing opportunities for profit, generating revenue flow & creating sustainable growth within organizations
- Strong commercial awareness & entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Experience in or with compliance operations in the Financial Services industry

- The anticipated compensation for this position is $100,000 to $135,000. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, interview performance, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
