POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in providing advanced technical support, managing IT service providers, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across our partner practices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Serve as a technical stand-in on calls with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), gathering information to assist in decision-making.

Act as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting at the Practice Support Center (PSC) and review incoming support tickets.

Assist in Internet Service Provider (ISP) cutover tasks and manage long-term projects with MSPs, ensuring regular updates and progress tracking.

Provide support for domain management and related IT infrastructure tasks.

Help manage ticket workloads, allowing other team members to focus on specialized tasks such as domain management.

Assist in email oversight and delegation of responsibilities based on team expertise.

Serve as an escalation point for doctor support, ensuring high-quality IT assistance for clinical leadership.

Provide resolutions for tickets submitted using the support system and ensure end users are trained to submit requests efficiently.

Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues in collaboration with partner service providers.

Maintain and document support tickets, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution tracking.

Analyze support activities and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Keep an organized and accurate inventory of computing system components.

Support a variety of IT projects, products, and team initiatives.

Coordinate, verify, and validate vendor activities to ensure project success.

Assist with network equipment installation and maintenance.

Stay up to date with industry knowledge and enhance technical skills through continued education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Knowledge & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Windows environments and IT infrastructure.
- Outstanding verbal, written communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to details and high level of accuracy while maintaining short deadlines.
- Establishes a track record of delivering measurable results and making sound business decisions.
Previous Experience/Education:

10 years of proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field may be considered in lieu of experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Frequent use of hands to manipulate the keyboard, telephone, files and other equipment.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
