The ideal candidate will have a talent for taking complex information and presenting it in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner. This position requires proficiency in Canva for various design tasks. The Graphic Designer will support special projects and maintain an organized library of graphic assets, staying updated with the latest design trends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead graphic design and video projects for both the MSO (corporate) and member practices. Manage and execute these projects from concept through to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create visually appealing designs for various media including digital and print (e.g., brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, presentations, internal communications). Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Heavily utilize Canva for quick, effective design solutions that can be shared with other marketing staff.
  • Sparingly use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) for advanced design and video editing tasks as needed.
  • Sparingly design / format documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members via Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
  • Maintain an organized library of graphic assets, including photos, illustrations, and templates.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure the MSO and member practices remain at the forefront of industry standards.
  • Provide support for special projects and other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Marketing & Growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing or working with medical practices preferred.
  • Familiarity with web design and UX basics.
