Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Administrative Office (Code 1102), Executive Department of PSNS and IMF. Responsibilities You will plan and conduct program surveys, audits, projects, etc. regarding administrative programs, including purchase card program, pay administration and performance management, in a large activity. You will analyze and evaluate quantitative effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives. You will analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems. You will provide advisory assistance to managers on the most appropriate method or procedures on administrative programs. You will develop, research, and recommend to the Administrative Officer, policies and policy changes on the varied and complex aspects of the cognizant programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following : researching, evaluating and advising on the organization, methods, or procedures for providing administrative support systems such as pay administration, records, or government purchasing within an organization. Education Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements.
