What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROJECT BUSINESS AGENT position at U.S. Pacific Fleet?
You will serve as a Project Business Agent in the Business & Strategic Planning Office (C1200) or the Nuclear Business & Strategic Planning Office (C1200N) of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF).
GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: gathering or analyzing data in order to assist with the evaluation of production plans, workload requirements, or financial reports to ensure compliance or to identify problems or trends related to project or fiscal performance. Examples of qualifying experiences may include: assisting with the planning or coordination of production work, preparation of Workload and Resource Report (WARR) data, budgets, financial or workload briefs, or obtaining, compiling, and summarizing narrative information and quantitative data. Examples of using automation tools may include: Mission Funded COST, Advanced Industrial Management (AIM), Supervisors Desk (SupDesk), Performance Measurement & Control (PMC), Material Access Tracker (MAT), Query Data Base (QDB) etc.
