In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree. The major study of such education is in public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled;
OR
Successful completion of a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree. The major study of such education is in public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled;
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience

- You will serve as a single point of contact to the Commanding Officer/Executive Officer for actions and information on matters relating to the supervision, management, workload requirements, and performance of all assigned civilian employees.
- You will perform a full scope and range of functions to ensure the needs of the operational command and departments where work is performed based on difficulty of assignments and the capabilities of employees.
- You will plan, direct, and coordinate all aviation customer service support programs to ensure mission success.
- You will perform a wide variety of advisement and assistance regarding aviation administrative and operational management support activities to include overall direction and coordination of necessary administrative functions.
- You will serve as senior Advisor on Military Pay and Personnel Actions.
- You will serve as a Defense Travel System Authorizing Official (AO) and Certifying Officer (CO).
- You will manage an annual travel budget.
- You will serve as Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC).
- You will serve as Personnel Security Assistant, identifying security issues, reporting actions required, and maintaining current command requirements per governing instructions.
