Job Description
We are seeking a highly energetic individual who has a "can do" attitude to join our exciting outpatient healthcare company as a seasoned Contract Manager. Must be adept to regulatory private, federal & state guidelines and have knowledge and understanding of a multi–Tax ID business, The ideal candidate will be able to identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within a contract with an understanding of contracting within closed networks.

Job Description

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/Math preferred or Equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience contracting experience a must. Contracting experience includes Managed Care, WC, Replacements & Auto lines of business.
- Prefer experience & established relationships with payors
- Outpatient Therapy Experience preferred
- Proficient in identifying, summarizing and calculating payment/reimbursement policies
- Advanced MS Excel, MS Access & credentialing software experience a plus
- Effective project management skills
- Critical analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and time management skills with strong attention to details. can multi-task to very unusual levels
- Excellent administrative, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required
