About The Role
Team Leader will implement responsibilities in accordance with US PIPE’s policies. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsibilities
Since this is a heavy industrial environment there will be exposure to fabrication shop operations. The employee will be exposed from time to time to the following working conditions: extreme heat and cold, noise, vibration, oils, and atmospheric conditions such as dust and fumes.
When in the shop production area, the employee will be required to wear a uniform as well as the determined PPE which may include steel toed metatarsal shoes, safety glasses with foam lining, face mask, gloves, a bump cap, or hearing protection.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Prepares the production floor for daily production
- Monitors daily production and adjusts production based on inventory.
- Review production set-ups for accuracy and quality requirements.
- Assist trouble shooting of machines etc.
- Train/maintain training of team members in the process
- Conduct periodic audits of the processes.
- Perform inventories as needed.
- Ensure document control is being completed properly.
- All duties as a Manufacturing Utility
- A two-year college degree or equivalent manufacturing related work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
