Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dialysis Facility Administrator located in Clinton, Maryland. The Administrator will be responsible for supervisory tasks, facility management, dialysis operations, facilities operations, and effective communication within the facility.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
- Facility Management and Facilities Operations experience
- Dialysis knowledge
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Experience in healthcare operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
