Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cross-functional team at U.S. Renal Care. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) in providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to patients living with kidney disease.
Patient Care Responsibilities:
You will work directly with patients to complete physical assessments before and after treatments, monitor patients during treatment, and ensure quality renal care by completing monthly reviews of patient medication profiles and administering medications according to physician orders.
Additionally, you will participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in renal care.
Requirements:
- Current nursing license in the applicable state
- One or more years of current nursing experience preferred
- Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred
