This position assumes a proactive role in innovative onboarding, training, education and adhering to guidelines, policies, procedures, and directives.

- Develop, coordinate and facilitate training of licensed and unlicensed staff, physicians and company leadership.
- Design, continuously improve and suggest adaptations to curriculum depending on educational needs.
- Create and incorporate evidence-based research into curricula plans.
- Serve as a resource to trainees during the onboarding period.
- Promote leadership, critical thinking, and show commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
- Deliver/ Facilitate live and recorded training sessions as needed.
- Work with team to implement and follow up within programs.
- Work cross-channel with other departments to promote and create traffic to education and training programs, deliver content and assess needs. Some departments will be: Clinical, Operations, Marketing, HR, Technical, Value Base Care, etc.
- Utilize the learning management system for content development, distribution and completion follow-up.
- Establish new and maintain USRC CEU opportunities/offerings.
- Work with vendors to obtain staff education and provide training.
- Ensure cohesion with programs and execution.
- Assess education and training programs to ensure right content is being delivered and it is retained.
- Maintain current knowledge of trends in area(s) of expertise.

Requirements Include
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources, nursing, nursing education or related field. Master's Degree is a plus. Combination of education, experience, and specialty certifications in related area will be considered in lieu of master's degree.
- Knowledge of dialysis industry standards and regulations governing ESRD facilities, strongly preferred.
- Create and foster a work learning environment that is innovative, collaborative and engaging for learners.
- Proficiency and extensive work with adult learning principles. Three (3) years' experience performing adult education preferred; knowledge of creative solutions to the challenges of adult learning, education and continuing education is required.
- Ability to translate evidenced based practice and regulations into action-oriented staff education.
- Valid driver' license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current, without restrictions and good driving record.
- Nursing license must be maintained as current and in good standing if applicable.
- Excellent leadership, team building and coaching skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and webinar skills; organization and planning skills; ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Must have advanced computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
