We are looking for Financial Advisors to join our Partner Firm, Mutual Inc.

The USRBP / Mutual Inc advantage :

A Mutual Inc. Advisor will spend their time building relationships with centers of influence, presenting to large groups of potential clients, and meeting individuals one-on-one to jointly discuss wealth management and financial / retirement planning processes. Unlike other competitors, with Mutual Inc. you will be given a book to build your own pipeline, leaving out the need for cold calling . With over 120 school districts across the Long Island territory , you will be able to extend and maintain your relationships to comfortably build your career as a Mutual Inc. Financial Advisor.

One of the biggest challenges often expressed in this industry is the lack of qualified leads and how time-consuming it is to conduct cold marketing efforts. Our sales model eliminates that aspect and enables advisors to navigate a successful career by utilizing their networking, presentation, and interpersonal skills. As a Financial Advisor with Mutual Inc., you can look forward to the following benefits :

  • Unlimited compensation potential – grow your book of business with no cap on the commissions you can earn, transition potentials and no cold calling. Work Remotely in the field – Must live within Long Island, NY. Opportunity to work existing client relationships while developing new ones.
  • Marketing support that helps with the coordination of financial presentations, seminars, and client appreciation events.
  • Affinity prospecting through relationships within the markets served, facilitating effective lead generation.
  • Comprehensive and ongoing training and development, including support with systems, processes, products, and other aspects of the position.
  • Strategic business planning with the Sales Management Team based on the individual advisor and geographical territory.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE :

  • Commission-based salary with potential financing, salary options, and draw opportunities.
  • Possible Total Comp Potential (uncapped)
  • Year 1 : $60k to $100K
  • Year 2 : $100K plus
  • Contingent of advisor’s geographical territory and individual effort.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • 2 to 5 years’ financial services experience
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, required.
  • FINRA Series 63, 65, or 66 – preferred.
  • Must have a FINRA BrokerCheck report with no disclosures .
  • PA Life & Health Insurance License or be willing to obtain them within 6 months of employment. (paid by company)
  • Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
